Customer Service Representative

to support and expand our range of pipettes and single-use laboratory products. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing order status updates, and offering information on INTEGRA's extensive range of laboratory products.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service.
Actively track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.
Manage inventory releases efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries, including order status updates.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
College degree preferred.
Proficiency with ERP and CRM platforms.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills to manage various customer needs.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
