Troon Golf is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the High Bridge Hills Golf Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Control inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products.
- Receive deliveries of product from vendors and ensure proper storage.
- Report to department manager when supplies need to be ordered.
- Stock and inventory products.
- Respond to customer questions regarding general information of facility.
- Supply support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management.
- Communicate guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director, Food and Beverage, and Chef.
- Review schedule for changes, calendar of events, and facility activities on a daily basis.
- Process snack bar purchases with EZLinks point of sales (POS) system.
- Accountable for cash and check transactions.
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
- Perform other duties as required.
