This position will require a focused individual that can thrive in a high volume, fast paced Contruction firm.
**Duties**:
- Oversee and coordinate office procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance for efficient daily operations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Assist in clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Plan and organize office events or special projects as required
- Answer the phones as required and help the customers with their needs
- Design business processes to make the office run smoother and to increase productivity.
- Cost reduction activities to remove cost and overhead while maintaining efficiency and high levels of customer service.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Accounting Systems for financial management tasks, Experience with Structure accounting and Service Titan a plus.
- Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent schedule management abilities to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Proven experience in team management and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Proficient in clerical duties with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
- 4 Year College degree in business management or accounting a plus
- Knowledge of construction cost accounting principles, AR and AP management a must
- Knowledge of workers comp and other HR procedures a plus
- Directly manage a staff of two administrative assistances or more as we grow
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
