The College of Global Futures is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Student Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. As the Student Recruitment Coordinator, under general supervision, you will assist with recruitment efforts for all undergraduate programs within the College of Global Futures, which has programs at the Tempe and Online campuses. This is a results-driven position, focused on recruiting students from diverse backgrounds to the college. The availability and means to travel locally throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area is required. Mileage reimbursement and the cost of transportation will be provided while completing authorized work for these positions.

**Essential Duties**
- Develops, coordinates, and implements strategies for the recruitment of undergraduate students in line with the college’s recruitment plan and goals.
- Serves as point of contact for prospective students and acts as a liaison with the community, students, faculty and staff.
- Creates and delivers effective and engaging presentations to prospective students, parents, counselors, recruiters, and administrators.
- Plans and coordinates recruitment programs and events, campus tours, and presentations with high impact on the program, including coordinating logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
- Travels to and presents information about programs at recruitment fairs, camps, high school and community college classrooms, and other recruitment events and opportunities. ˇ Is knowledgeable about the college’s undergraduate programs, faculty expertise, student engagement opportunities, financial aid, and student life.
- Initiates and prepares detailed administrative reports and documents.
- Assists in the development, editing, and distribution of recruitment items, brochures, communication, and documents.
- Represents the college and serves on various college and university committees.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships with lead faculty members, community partners, businesses, community colleges, high schools, and organizations identified in the recruitment plan.
- Submits expense paperwork for events and mileage in a timely manner.
- Maintains a flexible work schedule (e.g., evenings and weekends).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND three (3) years of related experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.

- Demonstrated knowledge of the structure of academic programs in higher education.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current recruitment practices.
- Experience with interdisciplinary fields, such as sustainability, innovation, and complexity.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse populations and cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Experience with Salesforce for case management and recruitment.
- Experience with basic project management, adding to and updating a master calendar of events and activities, planning and organizing around critical deadlines, managing multiple details simultaneously.
- Evidence of effective communication skills
- Experience in presenting in small and large audiences.
- Evidence of being innovative, data-driven, and strategic.
- Experience in being detail-oriented, documenting outcomes, reporting, and making decisions in line with organizational goals.

**Working Environment**
- Required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Clearly communicate to perform essential functions.

Work location: The college’s home campus is the Tempe campus, but currently has students at the Tempe, Polytechnic, and Online campuses. The availability and means to travel locally throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area is required. Mileage reimbursement and the cost of transportation will be provided while completing authorized work for these positions.
