Our company is looking to hire a part time Customer Service into our fast growing HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Company in Libertyville.
- Answer phone calls, help customers, create accounts for new customers, schedule calls, dispatch call to technicians.
- Call customers who's service contracts are up for renewal.
- Call customers and confirm next days appointments.
- File customer information as needed.
- Provide administrative support to office team

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must be computer literate.
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
- Intermediate in Microsoft word and Excel.
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle busy phones with multiple incoming calls at once.
- Excellent phone skills needed to communicate route info to technicians in professional manner.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

**Hours**:
Mon Thru Fri 1pm - 6pm

Every other Sat 7:00am - 12pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- background in HVAC OR PLUMBING: 1 year (preferred)
- Call center: 2 years (preferred)
