- Maintain accurate and up-to-date work order files and formulas, ensuring efficient operations
- Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring accurate and high-quality results
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
- Assist in making deliveries, as needed, to meet customer needs and expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and expectations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
- Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Be able to tint paint consistent with customer color requests
- Be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
