Key Responsibilities

  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring accurate and high-quality results
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and expectations
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Be able to tint paint consistent with customer color requests
  • Be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
