JOB SUMMARY
Manages the organization’s marketing and sales activities through personal effort and cooperation of supportive leadership team.

**Status**: Base Salary + Commission
**Hours**: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
**Overtime**: as needed
**Expectation**: Minimum 40 hours per week.
**Reports to**: President

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the sales program.
Directs channel development activities and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policies and assist dealers in promoting sales.
Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from the sales line.
Represents the Company at trade association meetings & community events to promote products.
Delivers sales presentations to key clients.
Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Coordinates liaison between the sales department and other sales related units.
Analyzes and controls expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
Assists other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposedDirects product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from the sales line
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Recommends or approves a budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.
Other duties as assigned.
Participates in Improvement of Operational Performance (IOP) activities.
Participates in traditional and e-learning programs.
Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Works effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments.
Performs all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind.
