Producer Onboarding Specialist

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager/Executive to join our dynamic M&A team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in relationship building and strategic thinking, aiming to facilitate our new producer onboarding process and drive continuous growth within the company.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the Broker of Record (BOR) process for incoming producers, including information gathering, drafting, and submitting letters to carriers, and tracking their acceptance.
- Develop and communicate an effective onboarding strategy for new producers to internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new producers during their first 30-45 days, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Regularly report on the progress and integration of new producers.
- Accurately input and manage data within AMS360, ImageRight, or EPIC systems.
- Analyze production reports to assess and strategize business growth opportunities.
- Assist with the M&A side of the business as time permits, focusing on market and carrier analysis and operational integration of selling agencies.
**Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)**
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Executive roles within the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with the Broker of Record (BOR) process.
- Proficiency in using AMS360, ImageRight, or EPIC; openness to learning alternative systems.
- Established relationships with carriers and a solid understanding of carrier operations.
- Data-driven approach with excellent skills in reporting and tracking.
- Proven ability to work effectively with executives and a diverse team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work and train, teach, and lead both producers and internal teams.
- A strategic thinker with a growth mindset who is driven by relationships and results.
