Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the children's services division and support finding passionate and qualified candidates to support our clients and families.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting, hiring mainly behavior intervention professionals to work directly with children with autism
- Complete resume reviews and phone screening candidates
- Manage data in online talent acquisition systems and/or HR databases
- Manage, refreshing and creating job postings
- Train staff in systems use
- Manage onboarding records
- Schedule new hires into onboarding trainings and related meetings
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
- Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
- Collaborate with division clinicians related to hiring needs and recruiting/onboarding implementation
- Follow relevant labor and hiring laws and regulations
- Gather information for departmental reports
- Assist with the understanding of human resource policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of all information
- Reports to Program Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in ABA a plus
- Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Administration a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone and in person
- Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, Business, or Communications preferred
