We are committed to providing safe and quality service to our client base located throughout the Gulf Coast Region of the United States.SUMMARYThe HR Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for several people operations functions to include things such as applicant tracking, employee onboarding, process improvement and maintaining employee files.Essential Job FunctionsBe the welcoming face that candidates, employees, and visitors see once they arrive at our corporate officeReviewing applicants and resumes and forwarding them to the appropriate hiring manager for reviewSetting up Teams or face-to-face interviews.Arranging pre-hire activities such as background checks, drug screening, physicals, MVR reviewsCompleting employee onboarding through our HR system or through necessary paperworkAssist in redefining the employee onboarding experienceMaintaining employee files electronicallyAssist with job fairs and career days when necessarySkills and RequirementsAbility to successfully handle multiple priorities at one timeTwo (2) years working in an HRIS with making entries, edits, and reviewing informationIntermediate to advanced skills and abilities utilizing Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Power PointWelcoming demeaner and positive attitudeMinimum three years working in an office setting#J-18808-Ljbffr
