Medical Receptionist

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information and insurance details
- Update and maintain electronic health records using systems like Epic and eClinicalWorks
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle medical administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all interactions

**Experience**:

- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient service protocols
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive and upbeat personality with the ability to adapt to change and take instruction.

Join our team to contribute to the efficient operation of our healthcare facility while providing excellent service to our patients.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
