Key Responsibilities:

- QuickBooks Management: Handle data entry, account reconciliations, and financial projections efficiently.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure timely submission of payroll details as per the scheduled deadlines.
- Direct Job Cost Tracking: Monitor and record direct job costs accurately to aid in financial reporting and analysis.
- Rebate Submission: Manage and submit rebate claims in accordance with company policies and deadlines.
- Invoice Management: Create and submit repair invoices, ensuring they are accurate and dispatched in a timely manner.
- Collections: Oversee the collections process, ensuring that payments are received and processed.
- Accounts Payable: Review accounts payable entries for accuracy, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded correctly.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an accounting role, particularly with QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
