General Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be assigned.- Define, Document, and influence the adoption of standards.- Data Schemas-
- Data Flow-
- Develop and maintain solution design diagrams and documentation.-
- Mentor developers- Encourage curiosity and learning opportunities.-
- Encourage standards-based development practices.-
- Ensure quality outcomes.-
- Develop and deliver solutions as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.- Curious mindset to experiment and resolve functional and technical issues.- Strong problem-solving skills for technology-related issues and complex business scenarios.- Strong understanding of data modeling, data cataloging, data warehousing, and data governance principles.- Must be a hardworking individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#,.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript or SQL.- Proficiency with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data processing, integration, and storage.- Proven experience in designing and developing data solutions that leverage Dynamics 365/Power Platform or other cloud-based enterprise systems.- Experienced in working within an "AGILE + DevOps" process management methodology.- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively on teams.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent people and project management skills.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
