**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Stay up to date on company new products and services.
- Answer questions by providing company information and resolving problems.
- Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Deal with difficult customers on a regular basis.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
