NAMWOLF is looking to hire an Executive Assistant and Special Project Manager for our headquarter office in Chicago. NAMWOLF expects this position to be held by a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment that values top-quality work and communication.

**Essential Functions**:
Responsibilities are focused on handling day-to-day administrative support for Chief Executive Officer (CEO), specifically:

- Manage the Request For Information requests from corporate partners seeking new law firms
- Interface with the law firms and the corporate partners to follow-up on RFI requests
- Assist CEO with and independently manage special projects
- Coordinate and arrange meetings (both internal and external)
- Collaborate with team members on all ongoing projects and daily operations
- Administrative operations such as data entry, coordinating follow-up meetings and client interactions
- Provide support for DDLC and Annual Meeting including travel to the in-person meetings

**Skills Required**:

- Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent ( college and/or post high school training preferred) and 2-3 years of relevant office experience or experience performing administrative assistant functions (preferably to an executive of a company).
- Strong independent thinking skills and ability to be flexible and successfully pivot between multiple tasks
- Self-starter with a high degree of professionalism
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be proactive and identify any issues before they arise and take initiative to address them in a timely manner
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and outlook. Skills in presentation platforms such as PowerPoint, Prezi and Canva preferred. Salesforce knowledge is also preferred.
- Ability to communicate with and work effectively in a remote environment with an energetic, highly skilled and established team.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with analytical/logical approach to tasks

**Location**:Hybrid position with ability to travel to and work in Chicago office as needed, approximately 2-3 times a week; Travel to member conferences as needed

**Hours**: 40 hours a week. Full benefits available.
