**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage the Partner/CEO's multiple calendars**. This involves scheduling meetings and appointments across both organizations. Prioritize inquiries with institutional investors and team members in multiple time zones. Make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- **Acting as a liaison**: The Executive Assistant often serves as the CEO's first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls, interfacing with clients, and partners.
- **Organizing meetings and events**: This includes setting up board meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are ready. It also includes organizing follow-up meetings with investors and strategic partners. Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as appropriate investors and partners. Anticipate the CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
- **Assisting with projects**: Executive Assistants may be involved in special projects, providing research, analysis, and support to the CEO.
- **Handling confidential information**: They must maintain discretion with sensitive company information and personal matters of the CEO.
- **Office management**: They may oversee administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
- **Assisting with special projects **by designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists.

**Qualifications**:

- **Exceptional organizational skills**: Ability to manage complex schedules, events, and information with meticulous attention to detail.
- **Strong communication skills**: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, as the role often involves drafting correspondence and interacting with various stakeholders.
- **Discretion and confidentiality**: Handling sensitive information with integrity and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- **Time management**: Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and support the CEO’s needs.
- **Problem-solving abilities**: Identifying issues and resolving them quickly and efficiently.
- **Adaptability**: Being flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities and tasks.

**Preferred**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
- Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and fundraising.
- Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
- Professional appearance and adherence to a healthy corporate culture.
