Admin Assistant

As a Branch Assistant at Young Scholars (YS), you will perform a variety of administrative duties as a member of our management team. You will have the initiative to perform a full range of duties. You will provide clear communication between students/parents and YS's faculty members. We want our students to strive for success in high school and beyond.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid follow-through skills and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Bilingual: fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Korean is a plus
- A great attitude and a willingness to learn
- Enthusiasm
- Be willing to do school pick-ups either with company van or own vehicle
