  • Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards, policies, and licensing requirements.
  • Collaborating effectively with healthcare providers.
  • Gathering input for staff performance evaluations.
  • Maintaining regular communication with team members, conducting meetings, and keeping staff informed.
  • Engaging with client representatives as necessary.
  • Managing pharmacy inventory and overseeing ordering processes.
  • Providing insights to the Operations Director regarding recruitment and staffing decisions.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California State license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Proven management experience is essential.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical experience with business and management responsibilities is highly preferred.

Compensation: $84,000.00 to $93,000.00 annually
