**1 Year of working in a HIGH VOLUME restaurant is REQUIRED**

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely fashion
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with guests effectively
- Proficiency in food preparation, including knowledge of sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
