**Job Overview**:
The Keyholder is a selling professional directly responsible to drive sales by providing outstanding customer service, building customer loyalty, and maintaining a clean, neat, “easy-to-shop” selling floor, exemplifying our service and selling culture. The Keyholder may assist the Outlet leadership team in ensuring that required store opening and closing standards, procedures, and responsibilities are performed, providing supplemental oversight when needed.

All hourly associates are eligible to receive a quarterly bonus incentive, colleague discounts and the opportunity to be a part of an iconic brand. Certain criteria must be met to receive the quarterly bonus incentive.

**Essential Functions**:
Selling Expectations:
Customer readiness: Consistently delivers an outstanding customer interaction.
- Spends 100% of their time selling on the selling floor as part of the store’s customer facing front line resources.
- Exhibits exceptional selling floor behaviors that contribute to making sales plan, through the core metrics of conversion, and IPT.
- Consistently displays behaviors that improve the service experience with a timely check out experience, that is friendly and behaviorally focused on leaving a lasting impression that encourages participation in our loyalty program.
- Highly proficient role model in all BOS store selling areas/roles, i.e., greeter, fitting room, and register coverage.
- Role models expected behaviors in all customer interactions to provide a friendly shopping environment, servicing all customer needs.

Floor readiness: Delivers a high quality customer experience / ready environment
- Participates in and ensures completion of operational tasks with a sense of urgency and efficiency with a strong emphasis on detail to create and support an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
- Responsible for maintaining all merchandise standards and recovery throughout all Families of Business. Executes signing standards throughout the store as required.

Leadership Expectations:
Supports Leadership team in driving sales
- Is a highly credible role model / resource for all store Associates on any process or procedural issues.
- Actively seeks out and takes advantage of opportunities to improve their own professional development.

Closing/Opening Expectations
- Resolves all customer issues consistent with Bloomingdale’s expectations. Consistently demonstrates urgency in engaging the customer in a professional, polished, and knowledgeable manner.
- Can appropriately identify and escalate to the SL/SM associate performance concerns when warranted.
- Can perform all required open and close functions, not limited to register and equipment.
- Secures all Outlet assets and building.

**Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:

- Retail Leadership Experience Required

**Communication Skills**:

- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to customers, peers and all levels of management
- Demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude,
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills

**Mathematical Skills**:

- Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

**Reasoning Ability**:

- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to reach and use hands and arms continuously.
- This position requires substantial bending, lifting, standing, and walking.
- Must be able to move and/or lift at least 30 lbs

**Other Skills**:

- Exceptional ability to develop relationships, solves problems, use good judgement and influence customers/co-workers.
- Proven ability to set and achieve goals.

**Work Hours**:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs, including holidays and weekends.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 38 per week
