**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Environmental Services Director to oversee maintenance, landscaping, and housekeeping operations at our facility. Reporting to the Director of Residential Living, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and upkeep of all buildings and equipment, including essential systems like fire alarms, emergency generators, and more. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, manage capital projects, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervise Facilities Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, Security Staff, and external contractors.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, particularly Title 22 (California State Health Code).
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and record-keeping systems.
- Oversee remodel projects and capital repairs, coordinating with internal stakeholders and contractors.
- Ensure prompt and effective response to emergency maintenance calls related to essential systems.
- Monitor campus security and safety measures, providing recommendations as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in facility management and supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets, procure supplies, and oversee project timelines
- Certification or education in maintenance-related fields preferred
- Ability to work effectively with older adults and diverse teams
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
