Anticipated base compensation rate is in the range of $25.80 / Hour based on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Conducts comprehensive cleaning tasks throughout the facility, adhering to established infection control and safety protocols. Responsible for maintaining both carpeted and hard floor surfaces, which includes buffing, stripping, applying floor finishes, scrubbing, and executing carpet extraction and bonnet cleaning techniques. Must demonstrate the ability to handle blood and bodily fluids in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative approach is essential to ensure consistent quality care for patients.
This role may require flexible scheduling.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

TRAINING:
Prior experience in floor care is preferred. Previous Environmental Services experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous. Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in basic English.
