**Minimum Education**:

- Associates or Bachelor level degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field of study from an accredited College or University, OR may have equivalent validation/certification gained through service in the US Military in the field of Junior Officer or Non-Commissioned Officer/Enlisted (E4 or above) logistics support billets.

**Target Experience**:

- Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience as a logistician supporting DoD supply programs or projects, to include the development, updating or use of ILS products for HM&E systems/equipment.
- Shall possess working knowledge of Naval and commercial logístical databases, e.g. TDMIS, CDMD-OA, Haystack, Wind Chill, or equivalent.
- Individual should have experience managing incoming New Acquisition Shipbuilder CDRLs and coordinating reviews between Logistics platforms and engineers.
- Experience should include program management tasking including attending meetings (Working Groups, monthly meetings and quarterly program reviews), meeting minutes, action tracking, and updating briefs such as weekly/monthly status reports.
- Individual should have extensive experience using Microsoft products include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, and Project.
- Experience in ILS Support related projects, reviewing and resolving Navy HM&E ILS Support issues, facilitating ILS Support working groups, interfacing with NSWC Philadelphia ISEAs, and generating ILS issue resolution plans and estimates.
- In addition, experience should also include knowledge of U.S. Navy organizations, their functions, Navy provisioning policy and practice, and their responsibilities along with working knowledge of DOD, Naval and commercial logístical databases, e.g. ICAPS, Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS), Configuration Data Management Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA), Haystack, etc.
- Experience in reviewing drawings to identify configuration-worthy items and determine changes required to support the alteration.
- Experience in developing CDMD-OA work files to update the ship’s configuration by adding or deleting APL/AEL’s from the ship’s configuration, adding logistic and alteration information and reviewing the resultant files to ensure that the Configuration Data Managers (CDMs) have processed changes.

Pay: $57,131.67 - $68,803.73 per year
