Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to the senior management team.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.

Pay: $41,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year
