Kord Fire protection is a specialty service contractor, specializing in fire sprinklers, fire alarm, fire suppression, fire extinguishers etc...we provide service across southern California.
**Job Summary Overview**:
The Estimator/ Sales responsibilities include opening new accounts, customer service on existing accounts, and the development of relationships with a diverse range of customers. Also included in the daily duties is estimating upcoming projects for the company. From communicating with customers, generating estimates, follow-ups, communicating with technicians, office staff and suppliers. project is handled in a professional manner from start to finish.
**Major Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)**:
- stablish a good relationship with new customers with their service requests
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Manage existing customers and create new estimates in internal company CRM
- Process paperwork and obtain signed contracts for new projects
- Follow-up on potential projects and Maintain constant communication with customers and company office staff, supervisors, and labor department
- Manage customer requests, issues, complaints, projects including any issues that may arise
- Ability to build long term relationships with customers
**Position Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills**:
- Preferred experience in the fire protection or Construction,
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, Marketing or a related field

- Strong sales experience
- Preferred
- Able to leverage relationships within industry
- Customer service, principles and practices
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Established book of business-Preferred
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
**Physical Requirements in Accordance with ADA**
