We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our client as an Action Officer to support the Program Director. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication, coordination, and execution of tasks across internal stakeholders as well as with external partners. This position requires a blend of administrative, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a deep understanding of operations and technical domains.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the director and front office in coordinating across the entire office and in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent as Action Officer and Operations meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop deliverables for the Director, including reports, presentations, and briefings.
- Support special projects as directed by senior management, contributing expertise and leadership as needed.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and overcome execution challenges, ensuring smooth project implementation.
- Execute tasks as requested by the Director and senior leadership, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate and enable reporting and presenting to other entities, including the Directorate of Innovation and Research Operations (DIRO).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant positions, preferably in a government or research organization.
- Significant ARPA experience (DARPA, ARPA-E, IARPA) with a deep understanding of agency operations and culture.
- Prior experience supporting senior government personnel, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with high-level decision-makers.
- Expertise in both business and technical domains, with a proven track record of translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
