This position is responsible for administrative duties involving shipping paperwork moving through the system in a timely and organized manner. Clerk processes the packaging and labeling of the finished product and verifies all information is accurate in accordance with the order.

**RESPONSIBILITIE/DUTIES**:

- Ensure posting of outbound deliveries using pre-designated software
- Ensure that serial and batch numbers match the product
- Prepare LTL bill of ladings
- Process and move orders in Pick Stage
- Assist Shipping Department in any administrative needs
- Organize and maintain shipping paperwork
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding the stages of the orders as they move through shipping
- Keep up any necessary reports or spreadsheets
- Maintain organization with Shipping documents and processes
- Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervisor/manager.

**Qualifications/Education**:

- Previous shipping experience
- Some forklift experience
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contracted in the course of work

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- shipping: 1 year (preferred)
- Forklift: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Spanish (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Santa Paula, CA 93060 (required)
