We are a small family owned property management company looking for a Front Desk Administrator to serve tenants' as their first point of contact and manage all aspects of their housing accommodation. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the property management industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable housing experience for our tenants.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls
- Input and dispatch maintenance requests
- File paper work
- Scan and enter lease documents
- Assist with creating lease extension documents
- Run credit reports
- Create original lease and sublet documents to send for signatures via DocuSign
- Compose building notices for tenants
- Service any patrons and/or vendors that enter the office space

**Skills**
- Work experience in Property Management, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with property management software, like Appfolio
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
- Well organized to the small details and multi-tasking
- Quick learner, Independent and self-organized
- Degree in management is a plus
- Fluent in Serbo-croatian is a plus

Work Remotely
- No

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
