**Position: New Products Developer (Korean Speaking)**
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the creation and sourcing of new beauty care products and accessories.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and design departments to align product development with business strategies.
- Conduct continuous market research to identify new trends, ideas, and opportunities in the beauty industry.
- Develop strong relationships with both overseas and domestic vendors and manufacturers.
- Ensure product development aligns with company goals, quality standards, and market demands.
**Required Skills / Experience**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with a proficient typing speed.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with overseas and domestic vendors/manufacturers.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is a must.
- Fluent in Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
**Compensation**: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
