Senior Product Developer

Naked Wardrobe is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Director of Sourcing & Development to create high-quality apparel and accessories that meet our brand's unique aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of apparel and accessories in line with Naked Wardrobe's brand identity.
- Collaborate with various teams and vendors to ensure timely and effective product development.
- Manage product development and sourcing of finished goods, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Identify and onboard new vendors, driving cost negotiations and effective communication.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to make informed decisions and drive problem-solving efforts.
- Establish new processes to enhance productivity and efficiency, leading to improved product quality and reduced costs.
- Lead fit sessions to provide style-related feedback and cost and timeline information.
- Manage email communications and vendor interactions efficiently, maintaining accurate tracking and communication.
- Bachelor's Degree in Textile, Apparel Design, or Product Development.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in apparel product development.
- Passion for fashion with a strong understanding of fabric, fit, and function.
- Demonstrate expertise in materials and techniques such as knits, wovens, denim, seamless, and full fashion knits.
- Experience in import development is essential.
- Prior experience in women's apparel product development is required.
- Proficient in garment construction and patternmaking techniques, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Team player who excels in a fast-paced environment and embraces efficiency and technology.
