**Position: E-COMMERCE PRODUCTION MANAGER**

**Location: Long Island City, NY**

**What we’re looking for**:

- 3+ years of previous food manufacturing operations experience
- Prior experience managing people on multiple shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft systems required.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

coupled with the ability to work effectively as part of a team on multiple projects
- Experience with Shopify (or similar) Ecommerce Platform for order placing, and

experience with ShipStation (or similar) shipping.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work, days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as dictated by

seasonal or business needs.
- Appreciation for and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from

personnel with different backgrounds.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
- Passion for what you do - you enjoy the process of creating something from start

to finish and are motivated to continuously hone your craft and technique.
- Adaptability and flexibility - you recognize that in the food industry, anything

can - and will - happen and you’re able to calmly troubleshoot issues.
- Eye for detail - you’re meticulous about the items you create and understand

the technique and patience it takes to create consistently high quality products.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
