Full Job Description – 3D Printing E-commerce Manager

LOCATIONS

Greater Houston Area

POSITION SUMMARY

The 3D printing industry is one of the most exciting and fast-growing industries in the world today and Polymaker is part of the momentum. Polymaker develops, produces and markets high value materials for 3D printing. Our company is growing fast and can be described as young, open and energetic. Polymaker has been active in the US since 2013. We have built up a network of channel partners who serve end users from all over the States. Our end users are hobbyists, professionals and industrial customers who 3D print high quality parts using our filaments. Out of our new Houston office we manage the sales, marketing and operations for the North America region. The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce team and performance of Polymaker including Amazon, Shopify webshop and other online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop E-commerce strategy to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute global launches and promotions
  • Manage various E-commerce platforms, including product catalogue, pricing and inventory
  • Monitor and analyze web analytics and key performance to track progress and make date-driven decisions
  • Lead and develop the E-commerce team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Periodically review E-commerce performance with senior leadership team

Preferred Background & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or other related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of E-commerce management experience, preferably with retail or consumer goods industry and preferably with Shopify platforms
  • Experience with digital marketing tools
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and basic web design principles
