This role will be pivotal in assisting Nadel’s digital solutions and coordinating implementation projects which include operational account setup, documentation of programs and their requirements, onboarding of website programs and interdepartmental partnership building. 
 
Nadel's Programs are web-based solutions used to meet customers’ distribution and fulfillment needs for branded products. The position would report within the Stores & Programs team and the role would require attaining a strong working knowledge of Nadel's digital offering, to the extent of being able to confidently participate in new business opportunities as a Subject Matter Expert. The role would also require managing successful opportunities through to program launch, ensuring timely, accurate, organized management and tracking of program & contract progress & milestones, with status reporting to main stakeholders along with onboarding them prior to program launch. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Achieving a strong, self-propelled degree of knowledge with Nadel's digital platform offering and technical solutions and capabilities
  • Coordinating both customer stakeholders and internal departments to ensure projects are staying on track from a functional, deliverable and timing perspective
  • Creating Business Requirement Documents from information gathered from customer meetings, detailing development and program requirements and specifications
  • Assisting in building development specifications from customer stakeholder requests
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert for Nadel's digital offering, able to effectively communicate our offering in customer calls and presentations as well as being able to answer questions about functionality and collect requirements for analysis by the development team
  • Creating project milestones and ensuring all parties are staying on track for their deliverables
  • Assisting in administrating Nadel's platform and providing technical assistance
  • Working with the development team on customer and internal projects
  • Reading, understanding and relating technical requirements from a business perspective, and relay updates to key stakeholders.
  • Tracking and reporting of the status of multiple programs to internal business owners throughout the contract review process.
  • Supporting customer and user onboarding with account creation, asset and documentation management related to new implementations.
  • Assisting in the coordination of implementation of programs’ requirements outlined in the business requirement docs and contracts.
  • Preparing and maintaining weekly reports to Executive and Sales Leadership and Program Operations the status of programs in process. 
 
 Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience interfacing with customers, sales, finance and operations staff
  • Ability to confidently interact with Senior Executives
  • Ability to confidently present their Subject Matter Expertise to clients
  • High degree of initiative and problem-solving capability and the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced situations to come up with creative solutions to problems
  • Ability to self-learn and understand technical systems and concepts, with a basic understanding of web development methodology being a bonus
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations
  • Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports
  • Flexibility to work with a team and take on new responsibilities
