**Prefer Experience working in a Repair Shop as a Service Advisor or in Customer Service**
**Must be fluent in English and proficient in Spanish (AT MINIMUM)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Works alongside the Road Service Team and the Truck Shop
- Listen to and record customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with account issues.
- Provide product information to customers.
- Receive payment by verifying account detail and providing change, if needed.
- Become a "go-to" for all customer service-related issues
- Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
