**About the Role**

AAA Club Alliance Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review repairs and services with customers to ensure a complete understanding of the services performed, and communicate any changes or updates.
  • Distribute work to shop technicians, monitoring progress and accuracy of each job, and provide information as needed.
  • Arrange for repairs and payment for vehicles covered by extended warranty programs, and coordinate towing and/or alternate transportation as necessary.
  • Monitor inspection dates of vehicles in the system, ensuring inspections are completed before due dates, and notify customers of needed services.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred, or at least three years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven Sales and Customer Satisfaction record.
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent record and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions on passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks.
  • Ability to complete required Pre-Employment Screenings (background check and drug screening) if offered the position.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
