We offer property damage restoration services for commercial, multi-family, and residential properties. We can tackle a wide range of issues and offer resources and solutions to get your property back to pre-loss conditions. Our comprehensive suite of solutions covers Water, Fire, Smoke, Wind, and Hail damage; along with mold remediation/mitigation, and Reconstruction.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Support with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and follow-up

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
- Ability to assist with event planning and coordination
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Familiarity with personal assistant duties such as organizing schedules and managing calendars
- Basic project coordination skills to support various departments
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite

15. Vehicle Maintenance Schedule

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
