Following the successful launch of the most incredible immersive experience in France, we are expanding in the US with our second location opening soon in NYC

**About the Experience**:
Our state-of-the-art VR centers offer families and groups of friends the opportunity to explore the depths of the Khufu pyramid, its most secret chambers, and passages from top to bottom. This immersive expedition not only takes you through space but also back in time, transporting you some 4,500 years before our era to the time of King Khufu's funeral. It's an emotional journey into the heart of ancient Egypt all in virtual reality

**Job Summary**:
The Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional leadership to our staff and ensuring an unparalleled guest experience. As the right hand to the General Manager, you will take charge of day-to-day operations and floor management in their absence. Your responsibilities encompass revenue generation, team leadership, operational excellence, and enhancing the overall guest experience, all while fostering a passion for immersive entertainment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Generate & Monitor Revenue**:

- Assist in monitoring revenue performance to attain the center's financial objectives.
- Actively engage with industry peers, suppliers, and partners to foster valuable relationships and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in local business networks, trade associations, and industry events to promote the center and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Develop efficient work schedules and oversee labor usage in compliance with State and Federal labor regulations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement a networking strategy that supports business growth and innovation.

**Team Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate in building and leading a team of VR Floor Guides, offering guidance, training, and coaching.
- Cultivate a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and exceptional customer service.
- Participate in team meetings with the General Manager to communicate goals, share updates, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance management reviews, holding team members accountable for their results.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Work with the General Manager to craft and execute the center's operational strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for staff and visitors, addressing inquiries and issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical support to address equipment issues, minimizing disruptions to the guest experience.

**Guest Experience**:

- Continuously evaluate and enhance the customer journey to create an exceptional experience.
- Ensure efficient and friendly customer service at all touch points, from check-in to departure.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose necessary changes.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of service industry experience in a visitor attraction, theme park, museum, hotel, or fast-paced retail environment is required.
- A self-motivated, strong leader with a proven track record of supervising operational teams.
- A critical passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multitask as necessary.
- Extensive computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word); familiarity with ticketing systems and POS is highly preferred.
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on VR and customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- A college degree is preferred.
