Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize computerized systems for managing office tasks efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Handle order entry tasks accurately
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial transactions
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Support project coordination activities
- Perform data entry tasks with precision
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in proofreading documents is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with order entry processes
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or willingness to learn
- Ability to assist in event planning and coordination
- Capable of supporting project coordination tasks
- Proficient in accurate data entry
- Spanish is a Plus
