- Proficient in computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and GoToMeeting.
- Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with Westview Services’ Board of Directors, clients, service providers, employees, Regional Center Service Coordinators, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, staff, medical/dental office contacts, and the community at large, including performing all duties to professionally represent, exemplify, and champion Westview Services.
- Must have great attention to detail and accuracy and work well under pressure.
- Take accurate detailed messages and ensure delivery to appropriate person.
- Ability to work independently, be able to multitask and manage multiple priorities with little supervision.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Assist payroll manager in preparation of payroll and provide back up to payroll duties.
- Assist Human Resources in reporting and HR systems.
- Maintain current and accurate grant program files Manage projects assigned by CEO, COO, and CHRO.
- Support Board of Directors
- As the Safety compliance officer, manage the safety of Westview Services including but not limited to organizing companywide quarterly meetings, tracking programs safety compliance, and maintaining reports and correspondence.
- Must be able to work closely with adults with developmental disabilities.
- Must be able to pass post offer health physical, drug test, TB test, and criminal record clearance.
