**Position Summary**

This position works under mínimal supervision and works primarily on Poject Management with electrical lighting and gear. Works closely with electricians, supplers and sales team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Must have experience Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
- Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials
- Quality control & Project closeout
- Ability to prepare detailed Submittal & changes, as the design evolves
- Must have knowledge and understanding to maintain current releationships
- Must have excellent customer service
- Ability to understand and negotiate electrical work is a plus.
- Solution oriented, problem solver with a team-oriented attitude

**Other Duties and Responsibilities**
- Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelors degree a plus or equivalent required related experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Electrical Project Management

**Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**
- Must be able to understand blueprints, construction drawings, and other documentation.
- Must meet attendance standards and comply with late/absence notification procedures.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Alignment with company's mission, vision, and values.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other sofware programs.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to work in a team environment and initiative to work alone
- Ability to work flexible hours, if needed.

Pay: $64,846.70 - $78,094.95 per year
