**Responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for the safety and field labor on assigned project.
- Quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.
- Review and plan appropriate material procurement for assigned project.
- Ability to run a project according to planned productivity budget.
- Complete layout of electrical distribution, power, lighting, and all special systems for assigned project.
- Review project schedule daily with notations of any delays, changes, or deficiencies to the project management team.
- Supervise, evaluate and develop lead journeymen, journeymen, and apprentices.
- Lead by example and challenge all employees to achieve excellence.

**Role Description**:
This is a full time on-site role for a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the field, including managing and supervising field crews, ensuring safety regulations are followed, scheduling jobs, and monitoring project progress.

**Salary**: $40.00- 43.00 per hour

**Qualifications**:

- Must hold a Texas JW or Master’s License
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Demonstrated a working knowledge of the NEC.
- Must be proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work full-time and overtime if required.
- Demonstrate ability to manage and understand project budget with project manager.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
- Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
- Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
