- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Review and interpret contracts, including NEC contracts, to ensure compliance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction estimating, particularly in electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures
- Proficiency in HeavyBid software for accurate bidding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and subcontractors
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
