Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
- Answering customer inquiries, both in person and digitally as required
- Prepare repair orders by detailing vehicle problems or symptoms
- Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and vehicle drop-off/pick-up
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
**- **Stay on top of Training Requirements
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer questions and concerns effectively
- Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem solving skills to perform all duties successfully
- Knowledge of digital technology including the ability to adapt and learn new software
- Ability to interpret technical terms to customers
- Decision making and ability to cope with different clients
- Analytical thinking
- Proficiency with industry-specific software
- Previous luxury dealership experience preferred but will train the right individual
