This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at the National Labor Relations Board.

**Duties**

As a Supervisory Financial Management Specialist GS-0501-15, your typical work assignments may include:

- Works closely with OCFO Directors to establish NLRB Standard Operating Procedures for the Data Act and Open Data Act requirements.
- Develops and executes a comprehensive program of financial policy and financial controls.
- Supervises, leads, directs, and coordinates the work of assigned staff and provide both administrative and technical guidance in support of program requirements and goals.
- Oversees the Enterprise Risk Management program.
- Prepares briefings, background materials, reports and other written documentation.
- Identifies developmental and training needs of employees, provides or arranges for needed development and training.

Pay: $163,964.00 - $191,900.00 per year
