- Understand customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.

**Document Control**:

- Receive and sign for registered or certified mail.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Create digital copies of documents for record-keeping.
- Maintain records of incoming packages.
- Collect and prepare outgoing correspondence for mailing.
- Correct and forward misdirected mail.
- Arrange for express delivery services as needed.

**Data Entry**:

- Accurately input data from paper formats into computer systems or databases.
- Enter data provided directly by customers.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it with source documents.
- Update and maintain existing data.
- Retrieve data from electronic files or databases upon request.
- Organize and file paperwork after data entry to prevent loss.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with database systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
