**Overview**:Mythical Entertainment seeks, for the first time ever, to hire a teammate dedicated to the strategy and development of its brand partnerships. This Director will spend the majority of their time generating new brand partnership opportunities across Mythical’s slate of content by leveraging their network of brand and ad agency connections.
- Identifying and winning strategic new business while partnering with our internal teams to ensure each brand partnership naturally integrates into our content and reaches our audience, holding their attention
- Position and sell partnerships ranging from in-show integrations, custom content across YouTube and short-form platforms, product placement, web inventory, linear FAST inventory, and programmatic media
- Maintain a deep understanding of potential brand partnerships around existing formats and talent by consistently engaging with Mythical’s wide array of content offerings
- Proactively partner with our creative content teams to identify partnership opportunities arising from upcoming content slates in order to create unique opportunities to proactively pitch to brands and agencies
- Lead all pitch and RFP processes, consulting with all necessary internal teams
- Drive all partnerships through execution and delivery, by working closely with the production teams throughout the pitching, execution, and delivery of all content partnerships
- Implement and maintain processes to report on all sales stages and revenue
- Maintain and regularly optimize sales materials (e.g., media kit, case studies)

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a brand partnerships, or similar role, with a focus on pitching and closing deals with brands and agencies for custom and integrated content
- Proven ability to derive new revenue from a network of existing brand and agency contacts
- Demonstrated skill in project management that includes digital/tech deliverables
- Strong understanding of analytics, performance data, and performance reporting
- Expertise in all relevant existing and emerging social media platforms
- Experience selling web inventory and/or programmatic media is a plus
- Working knowledge of Google suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Proficiency in Mac OS
