**OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR**:
This is an excellent full-time opportunity for an organized and dependable person to support the Operations Department as the administrative lead. This role works in collaboration with Manufacturing Project Managers, Buyers, Quality Control Technicians, and Warehouse personnel to ensure successful delivery of capital equipment projects to the customer.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Fundamental duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist Purchasing with data entry and expediting requirements.
- Calculate and report department metrics.
- Create equipment tags, engrave nameplates, and place purchase orders for hardware and materials in support of Manufacturing Project Managers.
- Document notes and manage action item list for production and operations meetings, reporting out status to project teams.
- Collect and report lessons-learned from operations team.
- Match invoices against purchase orders and perform ERP receiving on a weekly basis to maintain financial forecast accuracy.
- Fabrication shop visits with Manufacturing Project Manager to assess project status and identify/address project risks.
- Potential to lead weekly internal production meetings in-person or via Teams conference calls.
- Recommend process improvements for daily operating procedures.
- Support the coordination and sourcing of logistics/trucking for capital equipment shipments to customer sites.
- Create and manage project shipping lists to ensure appropriate components are delivered to the customer.
- Potential for local travel to fabrication suppliers to supervise equipment loading during shipment.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3+ years relevant experience (Engineering, Project Management, or Operations Administration)
- Demonstrated ability to work as both part of a team and independently
- High level of interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of relevant technology and software; Microsoft Office 365 products, Outlook, and Trello a plus
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems a plus
- Previous experience with capital equipment preferred
