**Baer is looking for SAP Advanced Payment Management SME for a 6-month Federal Project located in Orlando, FL.**

Title: SAP Advanced Payment Management SME

**Location**:Remote with Travel To Orlando, FL

**Duration**:6 month

**Rate**:Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

**Alignment**:W2 or C2C

**Description**:

- Design and configure payment on behalf of (PBO) processes for US entities within the US SAP instance.
- Create and maintain APM/IHB master data.
- Update Accounts Payable (AP) Business Partner/Vendor data to align with the go-live date.
- Develop and implement WRICEF objects to meet reporting requirements.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of PBO payment processes, including reconciliation with banking partners.
- Set up APM for payment file ingestion from non-US instances to support integration with other SAP instances.
- Coordinate with MBC internal connector for seamless integration.
- Conduct 2 System Integration Tests (SIT), 1 User Acceptance Test (UAT), and 2 Mock Migrations to ensure system readiness.
- Utilize a Train-the-Trainer approach to deliver comprehensive training.
- Conduct training sessions in English.
- Provide support during the 8-week Hypercare period for IHC/IHB POBO project scope.
- Define requirements and gather stakeholder inputs.
- Design POBO solution/process flows, ensuring compliance with segregation of duties, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Configure SAP POBO processes in the US instance.
- Conduct functional unit testing and prepare functional specifications.
- Perform unit testing of customizations and integration testing of POBO payments with banking systems.
- Validate accounting, reporting, and data migration processes.
- Create training materials and configuration documentation for end-users.
- Support the deployment of SAP APM solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and mínimal disruption to business operations.

**Qualifications**:

- SAP certification in Advanced Payment Management or relevant modules preferred.
- Extensive experience in SAP APM/IHB implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of payment processes, master data management, and integration principles.
- Proficiency in WRICEF development and testing methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP solutions on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
