Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards
- Supervise and manage a team of billing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Review and analyze billing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of billing processes
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances
- Oversee the preparation and submission of invoices to clients or third-party payers
- Manage relationships with insurance providers and negotiate payment terms as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in billing practices to ensure compliance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the billing department
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficient in using billing software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Please note that all positions within our organization are paid positions.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
