Events Planner

**Job Requirements**:
- Strong connection, knowledge, and interest in relevant cultural happenings and events
- Impeccable Multi-tasking and Leadership Skills
- Prior events experience not mandatory but preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.
- Able to work indoors and outdoors, lift lifting and long periods of walking and standing for extended periods of time.
- Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
- Able to work late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
**Job Duties**:
- Plan and manage event logistics including day-of coordination for both private and member events.
- Sells event space and food and beverage package to potential clients.
- Ideate, plan, and coordinate the execution all member programming
- Communicate with the marketing team to ensure effective communications and advertisements for member events
- Administrative tasks associated with executing successful events
- Handling budgeting and invoicing.
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors and talent.
- Handling post-event reports.
